ShootTrackPro terms of service.

1. Assumption of risk

You acknowledge that firearms training involves inherent risks including but not limited to serious injury or death. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with firearms training activities tracked or facilitated by this application.

2. Waiver of liability

You hereby release and hold harmless ShootTrack Pro, Integrated Defensive Technologies, LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from your use of this application or any training activities conducted while using this application.

3. User responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Following all applicable federal, state, and local firearms laws
• Adhering to all range safety rules and regulations
• Proper handling, storage, and maintenance of your firearms
• Ensuring you are legally permitted to possess and use firearms
• The accuracy of any data you enter into the application

4. Application use

ShootTrack Pro is a training tracking tool only. It does not provide firearms instruction, safety training, or legal advice. The drills, par times, and recommendations provided are for informational purposes and do not replace professional instruction.

5. Data & privacy

Your training data is stored securely and is accessible only to you and any instructor you explicitly connect with. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Medical fitness

You represent that you are physically and mentally fit to participate in firearms training. If you have any medical condition that could be affected by the physical or stress demands of firearms training, consult your physician before using this application.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ShootTrack Pro and its affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the application, your training activities, or your violation of these terms.

8. Modification of terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the application after modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ada County, Idaho.

10. Entire agreement

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and ShootTrack Pro regarding the use of this application and supersedes all prior agreements.
