Who we are

ShootTrackPro is a mobile training app published by Integrated Defensive Technologies, LLC ("IDT," "we," "us"), a software company based in Idaho, United States. This policy describes how we handle information collected through the ShootTrackPro app. For our company-level website policy, see integrateddefensivetech.com/privacy.

What we collect

We collect the information needed to run the app:

• Account information — your email address and the callsign/display name you choose.
• Training data — the drills, qualifications, sessions, shot-timer results, scores, and notes you log in the app, plus any photos or video you choose to upload for form or target review.
• Instructor connections — if you connect with an instructor, which instructor you're connected to and the messages exchanged through the app.
• Basic device and usage information — the kind any mobile app needs to run reliably (app version, crash diagnostics, and similar operational data).

How we use it

We use this information to operate the app: to show you your own training history and progress, to connect you with an instructor you explicitly choose to train with, to power the features you use (like AI-assisted coaching feedback on drills you submit), and to keep the app reliable and secure. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Who can see your data

Your training data is private by default — visible only to you. If you connect with an instructor, that instructor can see the training data you've logged, so they can coach you. Disconnecting from an instructor stops their access to any new data you log afterward. We do not make your training data publicly visible unless you take an explicit action to share it (for example, posting your own achievement to social media from inside the app).

Storage and security

Your data is stored using industry-standard cloud infrastructure, encrypted in transit, and access is limited to what's needed to operate the app. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable, ongoing measures to protect your information.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account and training data at any time by emailing ben@integrateddefensivetech.com. We'll act on deletion requests promptly, subject to what we're required to retain for legal or safety-related recordkeeping.

Children

ShootTrackPro is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and material changes will be reflected in the app's own Terms & Privacy screen.
